Hello Harsh, You will get upgraded seat only if there is a vacant seat in that course and your rank is under the merit list. In case you get the upgraded seat in the next round, Your 1st round seat will be released and provided to someone else. If you don't get any other seat in the further round, then you would have your 1st round counseling seat available for admission.
