if i get seat in AIQ in 2nd couselling can i go for state 2nd couseling in andhra pradesh

If you are alloted the seat in the second round & wish to leave the seat then you need to pay the penality, You can choose ‘Exit with Forfeiture’ option to be eligible for the further rounds.
