I wish to inform you that the Process of getting a seat in Aiq is that if you get a seat in the First round you can take it or you can go for upgradation but in the second round you can take the alloted seat only as there is no upgradation option but if you do not want to take the alloted seat the you should not report to the centre and your Security amount will be utilised and will not be refunded.

Yes if you don't want any seat and you further wish to play rounds then you have to leave the previous seat for another student who wishes for the college. Then you will get a better college in further rounds as per your list of choices.
