Hello munu.
First of all telling about how to go for second round counseling of AIQ I should tell you that first round of AIQ counseling have free exit means if you have been allocated a college then you just don't report to the college and you can exit from the next round of counseling. Now about second round so if you get a college allotted in second round you must either have to take admission in allotted college or you will have to forfeit (loose) your security deposit. So carefully attend the AIQ counseling.
Now how you should can participate in second round,so there are two ways of it, first one you can report to your allotted college in first round and go for upgradation from there, this process will secure you a seat in allotted college. Now second way, you just simply don't report to the college and can fill a new choice of college in second round. If you don't report then you may have all three possibility in second round that you may get upgraded college of your choice, you may allotted same college as first round or you may not get a seat also.
So beware all of these things and then participate in counseling. Also last year in bihar state counseling didn't allow those candidates who get allotted a college in second round of AIQ counseling.
So check all the rule regulations of both state and AIQ counselling then participate accordingly.
