Covid-19 has impacted lot of lives and livelihood but schools and colleges follow strict rule and you will have to pay fees.Neither government nor the college has made any announcement regarding the fee submission. So, you will have to follow the rules of admission fees submission that will be same for all the candidates.You will have to pay semester fees in one go.If there is some serious financial issues with you then you should talk to college administration regarding the issue.
