if I get seat in second allotement will the first seat be reserved for us..??cani go to first alloted College

Hello my friend,
while appearing for 2 nd cap round you have had selected one of the options among betterment or float . If you had selected betterment option then you are not able to access you first alloted seat, and if you had selected float then you can get your seat form 1 round.
