If I get the 70 percentile in jee main 2019 January bt get 154 marks in jee main 2019 april, then can I qualify for jee advanced 2019??

Hi, it will not matter to the authority of JEE Mains how much you have scored. Instead they will select 2,20,000 students approximately out of the total candidates for JEE Advance. With 154 marks, you can definitely expect a selection for Jee Advance. But with 70 percentile, you will not be able to get selected. The best performance among your 2 exams will be taken into credit for selection.
