If I give 12th school leaving certificate for neet maharashtra counselling document verification and on alloted college I give them bsc 1st year tc or migration certificate is it possible plz help

So generally during the time of document verification in counseling school leaving certificate is not required they only check the above basic things.
But when you go to the college for admission, you should take both school leaving certificate and migration certificate and that Bsc. Leaving certificate. In case they ask you so you should keep them.
