According to the AEEE eligibility criteria, candidate should have passed XII or any equivalent examination and should have scored an aggregate of 60% marks in Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics and minimum 55% in each of these subjects to be eligible for admission.
Also, you will be able to apply for admission on the basis of JEE Main scores.

According to eligibility criteria of amrita college you should have score 60% aggregate in physics, chemical and mathematics and 55% in each of these subjects.So if you not meet the eligibility criteria you are not able to take admission.you can check details here
