If I give my EWS certificate later after February session exam for jee main 2021 then my cutoff marks will be according to general category (CRL) or General(EWS) in February session?

see you would be counted as general ews category only if you have selected the option while filling the jee main form. due to covid 19 pandemic many of the students faced issue to collect the category certificate, at this case students have to fill a self declaration form and upload the certificate with in the stipulated time i.e before end of may 2021. so in case you have taken this self declaration option you would be counted as gen ews candidate, but make sure to upload the ews certificate on time.

You will be considered in the category you have applied with. If you have applied for General category during February session, you will be considered in general category and not EWS no matter if you will submit it later on.
You need to apply to the category which you belong at the time of submission of your application form. If you have made your EWS certificate after the form submission you can submission your category certificate from the next session onwards.
