hope you are doing absolutely fine

It depends on you. If you want to settle for dentistry abroad, then I would suggest you to directly do DDS abroad. This is because Indian BDS DEGREE is not recognizable in most of the countries abroad.

You can also do DDS after doing your BDS, but that will not helps you to study abroad. You have to give the entrance exams of the countries to be eligible to practice there. For example, countries like US and Canada accept only those students in DDS or DMD who have a 4-year bachelors from US or Canada institutes. For Dubai, you have to appear for the DHA exam.  Likewise, there are exams in other countries as well. So if you are in a mindset to settle outside, you can simply start abroad.
