If I give NIOS biology paper in block 1 ( 2022 ) , will it be possible for me to appear in NEET ( 2022 )? And do i need to have biology in both class 11 and 12 in order to be eligible for NEET or just in class 12?

Yes, if you complete class 12th and get the results before the commencement of NEET UG entrance exam 2022, well and good. You can definitely apply for the exam if you satisfy the eligibility criteria, which states that the candidate must have passed class 12th with minimum 50% marks in PCB and english subject combinations as an aggregate from a recognised board of education. No mention of biology in class 11th is there as class 12yh marks matter for eligibility.
So, yes. You can apply for the exam.
