if i give nios on demand examination and result will come in july and at that time jossa councelling ends . so my question is can iit take my provisional admission and later i would submit marksheet and other document.

Yes, IIT take provisional admission so if you are waiting for your result so IIT take admission for awaited result candidate. SO you don't need to worry.
