Hey Ayush,

As per your question you are eligible for CET even if you are giving a re-exam for physics.

The CET rankings are provided as soon as the results are announced. And if you are writing the supplementary, you may have to wait patiently until your supplementary results are announced. And once your result is out, your ranking will be displayed.

As far as counselling and seat allotment is concerned, you may have to be very patient as the seat of your choice may or may not be available or the seat may be allotted sometime during the 3rd round.
