no you can't because admission start before your results comes .

Hey Ayush,
As per your question you are eligible for CET even if you are giving a re-exam for physics.
The CET rankings are provided as soon as the results are announced. And if you are writing the supplementary, you may have to wait patiently until your supplementary results are announced. And once your result is out, your ranking will be displayed.
As far as counselling and seat allotment is concerned, you may have to be very patient as the seat of your choice may or may not be available or the seat may be allotted sometime during the 3rd round.

But can i get it offline by donation

Ofcourse you can get seat in any college through the Management quota. The fees structure will be different for the management seats. And there will not be many seats under the management, so you have to apply as early as possible in a college of your choice.

Tq for reply syeda one more question can they allow me to submit details later as i will get my certificate in end of Aug if i got a seat in college through normal process

You can submit your certificates to your college after you get them and there's no problem in that as long as your college management is supportive. And Make sure you get few copies of your certificates before you submit them to your college, because once you submit the originals, you will get them back at the end of your course.
