If you are asking about the seat which you were alloted in round 1 itself and if you are not getting a seat in round 2,then don't worry.
If this happens,then the seat which you got in round 1 will be automatically alloted to you,since the choice of the round 2 is terminated.
So your seat will be safe.

See,there is an option float which means that if you are not satisfied with the seat in round 1,you select float option then your seat is upgraded if possible.
If no then the choices filled after round 1 will get terminated and you will be alloted your round 1 seat,
So your seat will be totally safe if you will select "FLOAT" option.

yes you can move further for better college in the next CAP ROUNDS and the previous CAP round seat Will also be safe.
All you need to do is select the freeze option and move further by selecting the freeze option your seat will be kept for you until you reject the seat. you can move further for better seat in further cap rounds.
