Hello Aspirant, With 150 marks you will getting low ranking NIT'S. But if you can able to make it 190+ then you will be able to get high ranked NIT's of your choice of branch as well. For further details I am attaching a link below.

I think u can get a gen rank of about 21 to 27k. This is sufficient to get a good branch in your home state NIT but you cannot get cse or core branches. In other states you can only get lower branches.
