The eligibility criteria to appear for NEET UG is that a candidate must have passed 10+2 with Biology/Biotechnology, Physics, Chemistry and English from a recognized board. One must score minimum 50% aggregate marks in Biology/Biotechnology, Physics and Chemistry taken together including practical and theory if he/she belongs to general category, for PWD candidates it is minimum 45% aggregate marks in Biology/Biotechnology, Physics and Chemistry taken together including practical and theory and for SC/ST/OBC it is minimum 40% aggregate in Biology/Biotechnology, Physics and Chemistry taken together including practical and theory. The minimum age must be 17 years as on December 31 of the year of the admission.
AIIMS examination has been scrapped off and now the admission in to AIIMS is on basis of marks scored in NEET UG so the above mentioned eligibility criteria is applicable for AIIMS as well. You have scored 54% aggregate marks in PCB subjects so you are eligible to appear for NEET and get admission in AIIMS, MAMC and Lady Hardin Medical College if you qualify in NEET and score the required cut off marks. There is no separate eligibility criteria for admission to AIIMS through NEET UG.
