Here is the Eligiblity criteria for NEET:

Candidate must have passed 10+2 with PCB and English as core subjects
There's no age limit
Must secure 50% aggregate for UR, 45% PWD and 40% for st/sc.
No attempt limitation

Here marks are calculated on aggregate. It means in total you should secure the marks as mentioned above considering your category.
