If i got 42 percentile in jee mains and i belong to ST category so then can i get IIIT and if yes then which one

Hey Pragati!

Hope you are doing well.

According to your question, you scored a score of 42 percentile in JEE Main. Your general rank (AIR) must be around 6-6.5 lacs.  Unfortunately, you did not make it any IIIT. Considering the girls quota ,still there are very less chances for you to get into any IIIT.

Instead of this, along with JoSaa counselling, I would suggest you to apply for state counselling as well which will ensure that you get best government (or private) college according to your percentile in your state.
