Hello student ,

As you have not mentioned your category so assuming your general category and recognising previous year cut off it would be tough to say that you will get get admission for Mbbs in government college or in good private college . but still as you know cut off used to change every year due to various factors so i will suggest you to wait for the result and till you can use our colleg tool predictor which will predict your college based on your expected marks in neet entrance exam.

452 out of 720 in Neet 2020 means your expected rank would be around 87000 to 1.04 lakhs and the expected percentile would be around 93.56 to 94.06. Now the score depends on various factors and the cutoffs do change every year. So it totally depends on what State you want to apply and if you want to apply under All India Quota or State Quota. If we go through the cutoffs of various colleges, anything less than 550 for General category will be less. There are few states like Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra etc have higher cutoffs while states like Himachal, Assam, Tripura, Bihar have quite less cutoffs. And you cannot apply for State Quota of every single state which means you should also go for All India Quota. Unless knowing your state and category it is difficult to predict. However, in general, 452 in Neet is quite a good score and can fetch you a seat in MBBS. You can expect a good government medical colleges in your State quota as with this score getting government medical colleges through All Jndia Quota would be tough. I would suggest you to use our Neet college Predictor tool to know where you have good chances http://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
