As you belong to be-d cast so in your marks in ts EAMCET 46 out of 160,which is somehow 25% of total marks. Inthis low marks in Eamcet your rank may be not less than 80,000-100,000. So it is not possible to get Government college for  admission in course of  your interest.After all the prediction of colleges is a little bit of difficult.
