As per your performance in NEET UG 2021, it is less likely for you to get admission to MBBS or BDS at top Government Medical/Dental colleges or Private Medical/Dental Colleges under Government Quota. However, you may get chance in several Private Medical/Dental Colleges under Management Quota.
According to previous year's cutoff, a General candidate were required to fetch 550+ marks to get admission at top Government medical colleges.

It's quite difficult to predict because cut off keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that,

For example,
In Neet 2020, for mbbs seat in Government Medical College under west Bengal state quota for general category 36907 was closing rank when translated into marks it is around 568 marks and it was for COOCHBEHAR GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL
