According to previous year cut off 2018
The cut off under management quota(OC) in psg medical college of coimbatore is 585 and rank is 2665.
There is a huge difference between yours marks and the previous cut off.
So, it seems to be tough to get admission in this college.

Being a private college, PSG Coimbatore requires a candidate who scores a minimum marks of 500–550 in the NEET exam. Based on the last year trends, candidates who have scored 500 marks got seat in PSG college. This year, there might be a slight variation in the marks requirement.
I think you can get PSG medical college.
