if I got 50% in my board exams and 590 marks in neet 2020 can I get a medical seat in Gujarat if I belong to ews category ??

qualifying marks in board exams is required to get eligible to give Neet exam . So the qualifying criteria general category student is 50% marks in physics chemistry and biology as an aggregate minimum percentage to become eligible for Neet while for SC and ST category student this drops down to 40% aggregate in physics chemistry and biology. yes there is a good probability that you get seat if you get 590 marks as you belong from e w s category. Om, your Board marks are only calculated to verify your eligibility to appear for NEET examination. You should score a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% if you belong to General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. If you fulfil this criteria, then you are eligible for NEET. Now in 2019, under State Quota the Candidate who secured 590 marks in NEET was ranked at 51 in the EWS merit list and scored an All India rank of 10197 . There are approximately 4567 MBBS seats available for State Counselling and approximately 450 seats are allotted to EWS Category. And so with a score of 590, you may have a chance in GMC in Gujarat. Now this is all based on previous years cut offs.
