Hello aspirant, As per my knowledge Bangalore medical college is best among other colleges in karnataka alongwith St. john's medical college and based on last year's rank list you will have to score 580+ this year.But Don't be worried and too hard on yourself! Just relax and breathe. You will have to focus on your preparations now and have to start hardwork . Prepare as well as you can and give your best. Just do your NCERT books well and constantly revision of it .

Hey.
According to the previous year cut off for admission in Bangalore medical colleges under the State quota you would require a score at least above 570 in the general category and for a fair chance of admission under the All India quota you would require a score above 610 atleast. Though in other colleges in Karnataka, you would require a score above 460 for admission under the State quota and above 560 for admission under the All India quota.
