In eamcet the rank depends on your ipe marks and eamcet score in each subject individually.

It alsondepends on your caste i have calculated your rank based on previous years cutoff and i calculated it considering oc caste and it is around 28,000

Every year there may be changes in rank and cutoff based on the overall performance of the students.
