Difficult to predict like that as they use their own normalization method which is undisclosed tll now. But if you look at the trends, chances would be less as CS in Vellore is highly preferred and so most toppers go into it. You may get in the other campuses lkike Amravati or Bhopal.

There is a less chance to get CSE in main campus i.e, vellore as that is the top most popular branch now a days.. But there is a little hope to get in chennai capus or other 2 campuses.. Or in 2nd  or 3rd counselling.. Though the fee is high... But u cant say anything coz in VITEEE they main a other method to calculate the rank.. It means it depands on the time slot u had chosen and the performance of  other candidates of that particular time.. Hope this will b helpfull for u
