SMEAT 2025: Complete Guide | Preparation Guide
hello aspirant,
if think that by taking a drop for one year, you can perform well and if you can convince your parents about the same, then for sure you should take a drop and try again the next year.
NEET is not an easy exam to crack, it requires a lot of hardwork and dedication as well.
85-90 per cent of 15.97 lakh candidates appear for NEET 2020 exam. , so it requires hardwork to get the government seats or the good ranked colleges.
hope that helps
all the best
Hello dear student,
It's completely your choice if you want to take a drop but what I will recommend you at this stage of time is even though you get a low ranked Medical College it doesn't matter as much because you never know the next year how will be the scenario looking at the present time you can see that it's really unpredictable. What you can do is while doing MBBS you can start to prepare for your MD exam and you can get a seat in good college for your masters.
but still it's your choice if you want that you do not want that medical college in which you will get a seat in first round of counselling you still get a free exit pass in first round of counselling of Neet and automatically you get a seat in second round but there is no free exit in second round of counselling.
I would suggest you to kindly go through every information before dropping a medical college if you get any.
Thank you
