if i got a seat in round 1 and i kept for floting, after further rounds,would iam able to get that seat which i got in round 1?

It like you know you have to pay some amount of fees at admission time and confirm the seat,after that if you get seat in better College then your fees will get refunded.

Yes you can get provided floating means that seat which you got in previous round will be fixed a d you want to participate in next round for upgradation.....
