If I got a seat through AIQ councelling in the 1ST ROUND & I took admission in it, will I be able to participate in the state quota councelling which will be held 15-20 days later? If yes then will I be redunded admn fees + 10000, if i join seat again through STATE councelling? please rly asap

Hey,
Yes, free exit is available for first round. You can leave the seat if you want to and the admission fees will be refunded. But if you join a seat in the second round of counselling then you are not allowed to leave the seat.
