The following candidates are eligible to participate in the Mop-Up Round of Maharashtra NEET UG Counselling

• The candidate who have secured admission in to an Institute in first round or second round but not filled status retention form in the respective group
• All the candidates who are waitlisted and not allotted in admission in to an Institute in first round or second round

You may participate in Mop-Up round even if you are allotted a seat provided you must opt betterment so that you will be considered for Mop-Up round for upgradation. You shouldn't fill the status retention form in order to participate in Mop-up round. To read the instructions use the link below

Hope you are doing well

So if you get any Bhms college in Maharashtra state in first round through state quota counseling. Then you cannot take part in second and mop up. You can only take part in second round for Upgradation. If Upgradation occurs and you don't take admission then your security money will be forfeited.
Also if you get any seat in first and second round. You cannot go for mopup
