As both the colleges are good, but as per Careers360 rating B J Medical College is better than AIIMS Rishikesh as it has got AAAA rating which says this is a very good college overall whereas AIIMS Rishikesh has got AAA+ which says this is also a good option to pursue MBBS course but not as good as BJMC. So if you get a chance to get admission in BJMC and AIIMS Rishikesh both then I would suggest to go ahead for BJMC first and keep AIIMS Rishikesh as a secondary option. Also, before you make any decision kindly consider your interest and convenience.
