if I got admission in BAMS and again wrote neet exam and got MBBS seat then do I have to pay whole 5 year fees or not

No, you don’t have to pay the whole 5 years fee at once. But yes, you have to pay the admission fee, tuition fee, hostel fee, library fee and whatever fee are applicable for the first year.
