if I got alloted for icar , in 2nd round of counseling, but if I do not pay seat acceptance fees, can I participate in mop up round?

Hey there,
Students who took part in main round of counselling but didn't get any seat or student who did not took part in main round of counselling are only eligible for taking part in mop -up round. Since you have already got your seat you can't participate in mop-up round. If you will not pay your fee within stipulated date and time your seat will be cancelled.
