If i got an admission in AIQ and i am not satisfied with it, will i be able to apply for 85 percent state. Quota?

Yes you will be able to apply for 85
percent state quota , but the condition is that you don't have to participate in second round of counselling. You may leave your seat of AIQ of first round only but u can not leave your seat of second round.
