If i got any seat i 1st round aiq and i hve joined, then by chance i got better college in 2nd STATE ,is there any provision of leaving aiq?

Dear,
If you get a seat then wait for the 2nd counselling don't joint on 1st counselling seat. If you get some better college in the 2nd counselling then you can go with that college
If you joint in the 1st round then you can't go with the 2nd round and the college which you get in that.
I hope you catch my point. So have some patien and take the right decision.
