If i got around 200 marks in first attempt in jee mains 2018 and 160 marks in jee 2nd attempt which marks will be considered

Let me clear you one thing that if you are talking about the Jee 2018 then your the score which you have obtained in that only will be calculated your final obtained score and if suppose in the next year you got 200 marks in the January session of JEE mains and 160 marks in the April session then your best of the total score among the two attempts will be taken into the final consideration of the Jee Mains during the time of counselling.

If you are considering 2018-2019 then there is no relation between these two JEE main exam however for JEE main 2019 there will be to attempt the first in January in second is in April if you appear for both then the best of two normalised score will be counted for the rank calculation
The "best of two" concept will be followed in JEE Mains.
Hence,the exam in which you score the higher marks will be considered.
