If you have not confirmed your seat in the previous round then you can go for the other rounds if you have the confidence of getting the seat in the subsequent rounds of counselling. But you will not get the seat i second round also then your previous seat will also be cancelled and it may be possible that you do not have any seats after the counselling and you might be in a trouble. So be careful about yoyr decisions otherwise you will lose your seat and money both.
