If you manage to qualify JEE Main Cutoff, You would be eligible for JEE Advance which is the intake exam for IITs as mentioned above.
However It is usually advised to fill the choices as per the preference of colleges and departments, for example CSE in NIT Trichy is your priority followed by CSE in NIT Warangal, you can fill CSE at NIT Trichy at serial number 1 and CSE at NIT Warangal at serial number 2 and so on and so forth. With the rank below 100000 in jee main you may land a seat in any NITs or GFITs or IIIT, but it would be the one which is not much in demand.
To be on the safe side you have to secure a rank near 60000 to get a decent Institute or College

assuming that you belongs to general category and you dont have state quota for any of the GFITs you dont have chance for getting any of the colleges
