the minimum requirement for any law entrance exam lies in a bracket of 50 to 60 percent for general category and 40 to 50 percent for SC/ST/OBC/PwD. Since your overall grade is C you must be eligible for law entrances, besides other eligibility criteria are based on the exam you are giving, kindly give me more information so that I can guide you better.
