Maths marks are not required in NEET registration details but to clear class 12 one must pass all his subjects. If you fail in mathematics, your overall status in board exam will be failed. But you may still sit for NEET entrance exam. However, you will have to ensure that you clear the exam in which you have failed before the first counselling round.
