If I got jims vasantkunj evening in first list for bba being general outside.. Can I get vips in second list?

Hi Meenu,
Congratulations on getting JIMS. It is among the top colleges in IPU for BBA. You must have a really good rank to have been alloted that despite being from outside Delhi. Let me know your rank so I can compare with past trends of VIPS. Ideally, you should be able to get through VIPS in the subsequent rounds of counselling. VIPS has a lot of seats for BBA.
