    Hello,

    It depends on the number of vacant seat available in IIT, Kharagpur after round 1 seat allotment. You have not mentioned your category and GATE score without that it is difficult to predict the chances of getting seat in Thermal Engineering in IIT, Kharagpur. In 2019 the cut off for general category was 854, OBC:794, SC: 679, ST:566, PwD: 588. If you have score above the given cut off in 2019 you may have decent chances of getting seat in IIT-K in Thermal Engineering but it is subjected to seat availability, category and your GATE score.
