If I got migrated to Andhra Pradesh from telangana and if I want to study in andra can I change aadhar address,Ration card and Caste and income certificate.Is there any link for changing all these for Ap eamcet? Can we change this or is this needed for verification ?

If you study in ap for six years you will ne declared as local or else for six years you will be declared as non local. You can change everything like aadhar,ration,income. Any state also if you study in six years you will be local. If you are son/daughter of government employee you can change easily.
