Hello,

If your rank in SC category is 2k-2.5k then your general rank will be 10k or more. It is not predictable as there are many cases where there is where the general rank is 40k and categorical rank is 10K.

it solely depends on the board how they will put the ranks and on the basis of what factors.

To get an secured position in any college including NITs,try to score below 3K. there will be chance  for you to go for NIT if not any college where you are interested.
