if i got seat in 1st round and upgrade it but didn't join the 2nd round upgraded seat. will i am eligible for 3rd round?

Yes you are eligible to go to the next round if you don't get college as per your choice in previous rounds but only drawback is they will forfeit your security deposit fee if you get allotment in third round and you don't confirm the seat which in anyhow is forfeited in second round too.so it is better for you take the chance going to next round atleast you get a college.
