Hello Vikas,

Yes it is your choice to take admission in whichever college you wish and all the colleges provide you the liberty to withdraw your admission.

Every university has it's own fee refund policy.

Some universities (usually private) do not refund the fee amount at all whereas most of the universities refund the fee after cutting certain % of the amount. This % of the amount that is cut may sometimes even depend on the number of days post your admission confirmation.


I suggest you to contact the university and ask about their fee refund policy.
