If I got seat in neet through AIQ in mop up round . I belong to Bihar . Can I participate in state mop up round after getting seat in aiq mop up round in neet ?

Hi reader ,
if you get a seat through ALL india counselling in mop up round and you wish to participate in the state mopup round counselling then your security fee will be fortified and you will not have to report in the alloted college.
you cannot hold onto the seat of AIQ and take admission in the college while simultaneously participating in state counselling.
