if i got seat in round 2 and i don't want it ,then can I join back in college of round 1 in mbbs state counseling

Since you have not mentioned the name of state for which you are seeking information so it is quite difficult for us to guide you with an accurate information however if we go through general norms and guidelines laid for NEET UG counselling either for state quota or for All India Quota, then according to them, if you were allotted a seat in round 1st and you apply for upgradation of the seat then in round 2nd an upgraded seat would be allotted to you and the seat allotted to you in round 1st will automatically be cancelled and allotted to any other candidate so if this is the case then you cannot retain the seat back allotted to you in round 1st. But if you did not get an upgraded seat in round 2nd then definitely you can retain back the seat that has been allotted to you in round 1st.
